Comencé aquí como un COMPLETO principiante. Tropezando mis pasos. Sin ritmo. Absoluto bailando gringo. Pero con la ayuda y paciencia de mi profesora de salsa (Isabela), ahora tengo la confianza para ir a un club de salsa y divertirme. Todo el personal también es súper amable y Juliàna fue de gran ayuda organizando las clases.

Te recomiendo que entiendas algo de español básico para una mejor experiencia. Todo el personal fue encantador y saber lo que decían (más o menos) hizo que fuera una experiencia fantástica. 10 de 10

Johnathan es un excelente profesor, he tomado clases grupales y privadas de bachata y salsa con él y ¡todas fueron excelentes!

Lo pasamos genial, incluso si eres principiante, son muy pacientes. ¡Jonathan fue un gran instructor!

Esta academia es excelente si quieres aprender desde cero o si quieres mejorar un montón tus pasos! Todos los días tienen clases grupales y también puedes programar privadas si tú quieres. Los profes son todo un amor y muy pacientes contigo, la verdad fue una experiencia increíble, los ame un montón!

Tomé clases particulares con Caro y varias de las clases grupales. Me hicieron mucho mejor bailarín. Y Caro es LA MEJOR! Un gran equilibrio entre paciencia y empuje. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

The teachers are amazing! They have something for every level of dancer. Fun classes! Instructors were very patient, teaching and fun to work with. I would recommend for anyone who wants to learn right from a beginner and anyone who wants to improve as well!

No recomendo la verdad pagué 50mil por una hora de clase "intermedia" en bachata y una media hora de clase principiante (por mi culpa y llegué tarde pero igual el profe ni me hizo un descuento.). La clase principiante si se puede que vale la pena, pero la intermedia? Primero no es de nivel intermedio, ni es de bachata sensual, bueno que decepción

Laura is the best teacher ever. I learned so much from her in just a few lessons. She taught me some bachata routines and helped me to listen to the music better. I just wish I had more time in Medellin to take more lessons with her

The private lessons were awesome. In only 5 hours I learned Bachata and Salsa and it was so much fun! Thanks to my teacher Jonathan, you have been great!

Tener mucho cuidado en caso de pagar por adelantado, les recomiendo solo ir a una y decidir bien si van a retomar porque no realizan devolución de dinero. Según indican, ellos entregan una tiquetera dónde dicen que NO regresan dinero. En mi caso no me regresaron dinero y tampoco me entregaron tiqueteras. Por otro lado la motivación o disposición del profesor que se me asignó era baja y no motiva a continuar, deberían mejorar en eso puesto que si estamos adquiriendo el servicio es justamente para motivarnos y aprender.

Excelentes las clases y los profesores son dinámicos y muy pacientes. Me encanta Casa Ritmo Latino

Camila es excelente bailarina y excelente profesora, resalta por sus técnicas de enseñanza. Es respetuosa y paciente, lo que hace que uno se sienta muy cómodo en el proceso de aprendizaje. Ella habla varios idiomas, comunica muy bien con su lenguaje y con su cuerpo, es muy humana y se siente muy buena energía en sus clases. Totalmente recomendado!

Excellent instructors. They are very welcoming, nice and competent. I have taken some private classes and was able to progress quickly.

Para mejorar solo la ventilación y el control del número de personas en cada clase debido a las dimensiones del espacio. Aún así lo recomiendo en un 100%.

Muy acogedor, todo las personas que estan allí son muy formales, van personas muy buenas bailando y tambien las clases de baile son muy profesionales los profesores, mas que hay sociales casi todos los dias en la cual van a ser felices o hacer la practica despues de clase

Malas clases, no respetan horarios, una vez que pagas se olvidan de ti y no puedes cuadrar un horario.

I tried 3 dance schools in Medellín and they were all good. If you're shopping around, the priority is just to find an individual teacher you get along really well then keep seeing them regularly.

Casa Ritmo is newer and they've put together a really nice teaching space and friendly staff. They have regular events in the evenings, which a community of impressively good dancers come to (maybe intimidatingly good for a beginner like me!).

An amazing place to learn different styles of dance, in either a group class or private lessons if you want to increase your pace of learning. Great location right on the 10 and fun decor. They offer a free class on Thursdays and then social afterward with no cover! Plus socials on Fridays and Saturdays that never disappoint. There’s a nice mix of both foreigners and locals that go.

To anyone interested in learning how to dance, I highly recommend ritmo latino. I went in as a beginner but was stoked to come back for about 20 more classes as all the dance instructors are super fun and encouraging. Also if you wanna get a cultural experience in medellin check out one of the friday night performances they have to see some cool choreography and meet new friends!

I've been attending classes for around a month, and am impressed every week at the standard of teaching, the methodology, the beautiful open space and the friendly staff. Not to mention, they have social dancing almost every night of the week, which attracts a lovely community of the city's best dancers. The studio itself is located in a prime spot, right in Parque Lleras of Poblado, so there's no excuse not to go and check it out while you're here on holiday or longer-term living!

(I take, enjoy, and recommend them both). The highlight is the Latin dance show on Friday nights featuring performances from exceptional local dancers. This is a cultural MUST in Medellin!
