Great service, had issues with transfer and the worked with me to try and resolve it. Staff was great.

I waited for 1.5 hours to get a replacement debit card. It took a total of 10 minutes, once my number came up to actually get the card. So that means their time is 9 times more important than my time. I can't believe how little they care about their customers not to mention the health of their customers. The worst thing that you can do as far as covid exposure is have to sit in an enclosed space for a long time like this. And yet their reasoning was because of health reasons they only have so many people working there. I.hate.them.
