Los masajes son excelentes las bebidas con lasque te reciben no son lo que prometen. Una sangría que no tenía vino, puro azúcar, la comida demorada y regular.

El desayuno frío, insípido.la atención No corresponde a la q debería tener a sabiendas q reciben sobre todo turistas

Reales baristas, aunque fui hace mucho tiempo, sigo pensando en lo que me tomé allá y me gusto mucho. El internet era muy bueno y estable

Horrible, mala atención, no parece que uno estuviese pagando sino que ellos resolvieran quien atender, ni para pagar se mueven. Los productos no son equilibrados al precio.

Fuimos varias veces en la estadía en Medellín, el mejor café Belga y un excelente servicio. Un buen lugar para ir a charlas y pasar el rato.

Coffe is outstanding! All the baristas are knowledgeable! I would have more staff looking after customers, sometimes it feels understaffed.

We found the coffee here better than the Pergamino café across the street. The espresso is strong and rich - ours was Puebla Rico blend. Nice ambience as well - mellow music and people quietly chatting and working on laptops.

Una experiencia muy desorganizada. El staff no tiene buena comunicacion con el cliente. Te puedes sentar en una mesa por horas y quizas vengan una vez a ver si necesitas algo. De paso cuando les hablas casi ni responden, asi que practicamente hay que leerse el menu a ver que comer.

El cafe estuvo bueno, pero los jugos dejan mucho que desear.

De verdad no recomendaria este lugar para comer. Si esta bueno para sentarse a trabajar y tomar cafe. Espero que logren incrementar la calidad del servicio ya que el lugar tiene mucho potencial de ser un Hit

Un buen lugar para tomar un café, compartir con alguien o trabajar. La atención es buena al igual que el ambiente. A mejorar el mobiliario ya que no es tan cómodo.

The ambiance is great, the service was okay, the sandwiches we had were terrible. We came here for brunch thinking that they would have a decent breakfast menu and we were wrong. My friend and I ordered a vegetarian sandwich with cheese and we got salad with two pieces of bread and a sprinkle of cheese (I forgot to check if they charged me for the cheese!). My husband got a roastbeef sandwich (because it was advertised out on the front) and the meat tasted like it had been lying out for days.it was not good. I did enjoy my hot chocolate with praline. We were so disappointed with the food that we took our laptops and decided to work somewhere else.

There are plenty of negative reviews for the food here and I should've paid better attentionl I have no idea why nothing has changed. If you're interested in a good brunch menu, go to Al Alma, it's just a few minutes away on foot.

El café es bueno, tiene opciones para desayuno, antes tenía más variedad de pastelería. Buen sitio para eventos pequeños y casuales

I great atmosphere for getting some online work done. I've been here about 6 times and it's generally not too packed but I would stay away from the chicken Empanadas. While most of their food is great I got a serious case of food poisoning from them and have yet to return.

I had bad experience yesterday. The empanadas were not good. The place used to be great not sure what have changed.
Coffee was okay, service was super slow

Nice coffee shop to relax and drink. They offer coffee, beer, wine and juice, along with classic pastries and desserts. For coffee lovers, the shop has filtered, french pressed, chemex and v60. Decent price.

The good: Coffee and hot chocolate were good (Pergamino was better). Good presentation of drinks. Ambiance was nice.

The bad: the food did not taste fresh and didn't taste good. When we sat down, no one brought us a menu, no one acknowledged us for several minutes to the point we were uncertain if we needed to order "at the bar". Eventually they came up to us but we did have to go up and pay at the bar because again, no one came up to us to clean our plates.

Overall: good place for getting a coffee and working

Really good spot for breakfast or a midmorning/day snack! Had an espresso and a drip coffees very decent and a pork empenada and a quiche. Both came with salads and was filling and satisfying. The lack of a star is because they got one ofy friends orders wrong, instead of a carne they gave us a pollo empanada. Not a huge deal but.

Regular atención y sus preparaciones igual de regulares. Se salva el sitio por los productos de panadería

A popular place for digital nomads. They have great coffee, teas and pastries. Comfortable seating and the wifi is reliable.

Great service, good coffee. Wifi is a bit inconsistent unfortunately.

*Update* I came back again and the wifi is just as bad as before if not worse. It's actually unusable.
