In a very short time Davivienda had approved my account, assisted with setting up the ATM/Debit card.made my initial deposit! Required a cedula, proof of income (soc sec statement), local address, phone #, email.done. Google Translator worked quite well. Janet, the young woman assisting me, was thoroughly business like, charming and happy to have my account. The customer service line is terrible and the contact I have at the office on 70 in laureles medellin won't reply to my texts.
I am out of the country and they want to send me a confirmation text to my Colombia cell phone.obviously I can't get a text and cannot complete my TIGO nor EPM payments and the 1-800-01233838 number doesn't work.

I will be leaving this bank as soon as I return to Colombia
