Mal servicio, me hicieron esperar dos horas para una asesoria, para decirme que lapersona que tenia conocimiento sobre el tema no se encontraba ademas personas que no tenian turno se metian para supuestamente preguntar y les terminaban dando la asesoria completa

California born traveler here: Colpatria on the same floor is permanently closed, so I thought I'd give Davivienda a try. Horrible mark-up of 7%, meaning, based on the days rate of 3500 COP per $1, I would've given them 253 COP per $1, not good so obviously I cancelled this transaction. The next best option in walking distance is the Colpatria/Scotiabank in Exito but they also have a bad rate, let's call it a store-rate because I found if you use your credit card to buy something at Exito, it's the same rate as that ATM in Exito; there are better ATM options elsewhere for foreigners.
