Flying Tree Yoga

Soy profe de yoga de casi 2 decades y miles de horas de enseñanza por todo el mundo - para decir que no felecito clases de yoga fácilmente. Pero la clase que tuve la buena suerte de poder atender esta mañana a las 6am fue super, equilibrada, con buena energía y amor, y la onda del centro en general muy cálido y professional al mismo tiempo. Con gusto volveré si se da durante mi visita a Medellín. Muchas gracias

Flying Tree is an amazing yoga studio, the space has good energy and vibes, the instructors are friendly and great professionals. Highly recommended!

Edit: I am back in Medellin and have returned to classes at Flying Tree. They have expanded the space to accommodate more people. The classes are still excellent!

Flying Tree is an excellent studio! It's the only studio in Medellin with most of their classes in English (although there are plenty in Spanish). I spent a month practicing 4 years ago, and I just returned for more instruction. The instructors are patient, but they also get the most out of me- a nice balance. I am grateful for FT in my life!

I did my yoga teacher training here and it was such a great experience on many levels:
. The teachers are very qualified and patient.
. The students group was amazing.
. The space provided to stay there, spend time together, cook together.was soo good.
. And i loved all Andrew's classes

I feel really grateful for this experience, i learnt so much about yoga, anatomy and alignment of the poses + i enjoyed so much my time there.

I will definitely keep going to Andrew's classes

Desde que conocí el estudio, mi vida cambió. Amo la energía que emana este lugar y la diversidad qué hay.

Had some serious back and neck pain from too much time sitting at the desk staring at my computer. Got a deep tissue/thai massage from Fermin a few days ago.definitely would recommend- he is educated in his profession and takes the client's needs seriously. Walked out of Flying Tree feeling newborn.

Based on these reviews, this is definetly one of the places I plan on trying out when I move to Medellin next year.

Today was my second time at flying tree yoga and i'm very happy:) very nice yoga teachers and relaxed atmosphere. I also want to say a huge thanks to Andrew who is always so fast in answering mails =). Muy bien organized!

Empecé a hacer yoga hace dos años en este lugar y es absolutamente recomendable. En especial la clase de la profe Andrea que es un amor, muy paciente y entregada, emana una energía hermosa. Si quieres conectar cuerpo, mente y espíritu, ven acá, este es un buen comienzo.

Dropped in this morning to a vinyasa flow class (in English) and loved it! Elodie is a fantastic teacher and the class was challenging but very relaxed. Highly recommended!

Attended a drop in class here this morning. Studio has a lovely vibe and I really enjoyed the flow. Only wish I was here longer to attend more classes.
