Luxe Eyes Spa Cejas y Pestañas

Regresé después de 4 meses y el nivel de servicio solo ha mejorado (lo que nunca pensé que fuera posible antes). ¡La dueña y su equipo son atentos y cariñosos! Este es mi lugar al que ir para mis cejas.

De verdad no me gusto como quedo el sombreado de cejas no se veía natural para nada. Se veían las líneas y ni estaban rectas. Me eché un poco de agua en la cara anoche y ya no tenía nada. Tampoco me dio instrucciones para hacer después.

I did not like how the brow shadowing came out it did not look natural at all. You could see the horrible lines she did and color she picked out was way too dark. I put some water on my face that night and it came right off. She never even gave me instructions on what to do after getting it done.

I got a bit lost getting there, it's above a restaurant and then you ring the bell for Luxe Eyes (there are many organisations in the block).

I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, I'm happy with the result. I did feel it was a bit expensive at 55,000 pesos and 59,000 if paying by card, essentially the same as European prices.

I needed a place that would do trustworthy work on my eyebrows. As a man, if something went wrong there's no fixing it. I had my eyebrows threaded by a true professional who was thorough and detail oriented. I left with clean and shaped eyebrows. This is a place I will always trust.

Mala experiencia con la pésima publicidad en sus redes, se les da una sugerencia y lo toman de mala manera, grosera y poco empatía la persona encargada, no le interesa hacer acuerdos con sus clientes.

LOVE MY EYEBROWS! Had a lamination and tint and they look so natural and well shaped. Ladies are so friendly. Would come back every time

I had my lashes filled here 3 times while visiting the city, and my eyebrows threaded and dyed once. The lashes and eyebrows looked great and they were able to follow a note that my usual lash artist had made for me about the specific lengths that she used.
I liked that they would do a fill and did not require that they remove all lashes and start over.
I liked that they were accommodating with my spanish that is not very good and we got by with a translator app and some english.
There was a scheduling issue on my second appointment where the usual front desk attendant was not there and the lash artists didn't know I was coming, but I did get the appointment sorted in the end.
There was also a miscommunication about the price where I only received a fill but they were going to charge for full price, once I pointed this out it was changed back to the price I was quoted on whatsapp.
And sometimes she did pull quite hard on my lashes to remove the old ones, which I am not used to.

I just walked by shortly before they close and still could do a lash lifting with dye lashes and brows. They are super friendly and so careful. I felt very confortable and I'm super happy with the result Can recomment 100%

Hice mi cita un dia antes para las 12: 30 del dia, me la cambiaron a las 12 del dia y llegue a mi cita puntual y la señorita ni siquiera tuvo la atencion de preguntarme a que hora es mi cita y al contrario muy grosera cuando le pregunté de mi cita, me dijo: hable por email con la persona que la agendo, yo no se nada!
No me atendieron y me tuve q ir por que pase esperando 45 minutos antes de que ella pudiera atenderme. No vuelvo
