Excelente atención, a veces un poco parcos los asesores pero siempre respondiendo dudas e inquietudes.

Un almacén de.productos mac con buen surtido. Hay una sección de reparaciones en la parte de atrás.

Es duro comprar y que no pueda resolver en el mismo lugar cuando el producto se le desbarata y te cumplan con menos de 15 días. Si te representas como una Apple Store las devoluciones no son cuando es conveniente para ustedes pero cuando un producto falla. Quieren que los cliente vallan a comprar pero el servíos no va con lo que cobran. Toca cambiar la póliza no en el 2023.

Pésima atención al cliente. Sin actitud de servicio. No hay medios para comunicarse: no contestan teléfono ni chat. Muchos empleados y poca atención. Llevamos un Iphone para cambio de batería por ser autorizado por APPLE y obtener una buena garantía, hicieron todas las pruebas para recibirlo y sin problema, nos lo devolvieron malo, lo reportamos a ellos y a Apple y no reconocen que lo devolvieron malo aparte que toco pagar la batería. Actúan de manera despectiva y negligente. NO SON CULTURA APPLE

Terrible customer service. When I complained about it, the seller excused herself saying they were understaffed. I've bought products in this shop before, but I will make sure to buy them from another authorized dealer next time!

Completamente satisfecho con el servicio recibido, particularmente por el equipo técnico.
Llegué por un problema con mi Mac comprado en otro país con el cual se comprometieron como si fuera propio hasta resolverlo. Sí, tomó un poco más de lo esperado, pero entiendo que hay procedimientos que dependen directamente de Apple.
Excelente marca y dentro de las tiendas de la ciudad esta es sin duda la más experimentada.

Terrible actitud y servicio, se escudan en no son “apple” para lavarse las manos y hacer lo minimo posible por ayudar, he intentado ir a q me ayuden 2 veces y lo mismo, son descaradamente malos.

If you are expecting this Apple Authorized Dealer to be anything like an actual Apple Store, you are in for a rude awakening.

My iPhone 10s was, after 846 charge cycles, saying the battery needed to be replaced. This was on Monday, February 8,2021. I used the Apple Support app that told me the absolute earliest appointment was 4 to 5: 30 PM today, February 11,2021.

Well, I put on my mask and using Uber hauled myself over to their shop in Centro Commerical San Diego.

Now, I've watched iPhone batteries being replaced back in the United States. Having the right tools and training, this is a 15 to 30 minute repair.

Batteries are designed to fail, so of all the replacement parts a dealer would stock, you'd think they'd have a decent inventory of batteries and any little goodies like flexcables, needed to install one.

So you can imagine my shock when I arrive there thinking it might take 90 minutes, and I'd have to grab a coffee and wait, to be told that this repair takes 3 DAYS, not counting today nor can it be picked up on the third day.

So they expected me to leave my iPhone there today, Thursday, and pick it up repaired next Wednesday. GRAND TOTAL OF DAYS WITHOUT A PHONE: 6 DAYS.

Alt to do a 15 to 30 minute repair that a real Apple Store does on the spot. No thanks, I left and was thoroughly POed at having my time wasted by such a clearly incompetent supposedly Authorized Apple Repair center.

AppleCare was notified and a complaint filed. For all the good it will do. Even though I have AppleCare and this repair would have been free, if there was an independent shop I could trust, I'd pay to have it done while I waited.

But with the high levels of cell phone and computer theft in Colombia, I have zero faith than an Apple Approved and Brand New battery would be installed. More likely to get something removed from a stolen cell hone and sold to an independent dealer who cannot buy parts from Apple directly.

Avoid MacCenter like the plague. Anyone knows of a trustworthy shop that can do a battery replacement in an iPhone in Medellín?

Compré un celular el cual vino con error de fábrica solo tres días después de comprarlo, presente mi deseo de devolver dicho artículo, pero nunca hubo respuesta, además pusieron bastantes trabas, me resigné a la reparación por garantía de Apple, nunca más vuelvo a comprar en este establecimiento. No hay ventajas en comprar aquí, es más factible comprar en USA e importarlo
¡No cometan el error de comprar aquí!

Pésimo servicio de Daniela Quintero! Hoy 1 de noviembre 2020 423pm. 2 horas me hizo esperar para decirme que no tenia un cable! Y luego una fila gigante para pagar. 15 empleados mirando para el techo que ineptitud tan grande.revolucionen el servicio

Pésima atención Mac Center. Su personal no tiene vocación de atención, conocimiento sobre las funcionalidades de los dispositivos ni intención de capacitarse o buscar la información que no conoce.
