Absolutely No Ethics or Morals at this Salon in Provenza. I didn’t ask for anything than a simple clean up, Tourists stay away, I have short hair wanted scissors didn’t go well, got an uneven cut with a machine in the end. A 5 minute wash cold-rinse “happens” “oh, and it now it’s a treatment for an additional 50,000 pesos I didn’t know about till checkout ”and my hair was more dry the next day probably bad product in a keraste bottle, 100,000 pesos later like I’m some tourist victim so ended with a tipped 20,000COL to clarify that even if you rip me off, I’ll tip to never go back. I would feel really uncomfortable returning and or ever recommending this Salon. I wouldn’t want anyone experiencing this feeling. Fixed the hair cut and got a shave at LA VALKYRIA in Sabaneta much better gave me a royal treatment for 40,000COL

They are professional and good at what they do. Yet I was so annoyed because I asked before I start about the total price and I agreed. Then at the end they added almost have of the cost.although I asked In details about the price. Luckily I had money on me. But that was really wrong and no one explained to me why they increased the prices.advice Before you start working ask for the price and a receipt

Recomiendo las hidrataciones en especial si tienes el cabello maltratado las de kerastase te dejan el cabello increíble

Scam, stay away. Poor service and they overcharge their clients. My poor mum who was the victim of this scam. Through the entire procedure she was complaining to me about how much pain she was going through and how the girl who was hairdressing her was learning how to do her job on her hair, the other guy was showing her how to do stuff on her hair. Instead of highlights she received plain died hair. Not happy with the results, not happy with the fact that the price was randomly taken out of thin air, and was not communicated to her beforehand. This place either takes advantage of tourists or out of everybody. Lack of professional ethics.

Poor quality, the hairdresser was literally a student who was learning on my hair, making me go through so much pain. Instead of highlights I got plain died hair and was charged us$180 for such a poor service without having been notified about the price beforehand. Avoid avoid avoid. #scam #unprofessional #cowboys
