Un espacio limpio y tranquilo para una noche de paso por la cuidad, habitaciones cómodas con lo necesario para descansar. La anfitriona Cielo muy amable.

Habitación reservada mediante la aplicación Booking. En la reserva dice que la habitación tiene dos camas individuales, pero cuando llegaron al lugar dijeron que era una cama individual.

Teníamos una reserva que la hicimos el 23 de junio 2023 en Booking. Hoy 18 julio 2023 que vinimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario nos encontramos que habían agendado nuestra habitación a unas personas y quedamos EN LA CALLE.
Nos dieron una solución después de que mi pareja rogara por una solución y nos mandaron a la carrera 61 sabiendo muy bien que ese otro hotel estaba súper retirado. Que solución!
Si tienen la oportunidad de reservar ahí desaprovechenla.

Excelente sitio lo recomiendo de lo mejor para pasar la noche, siempre es el mejor lugar. Cien por ciento recomendado.

Lugar limpio, económico y cómodo, es un hostal con varias habitaciones, tiene cocina, el baño corresponde compartirlo, las camas son cómodas, las sábanas limpias igual q el baño, la atención por parte de los colaboradores es servicial, no tiene cerca restaurantes o lugares de comida, corresponde ir varias cuadras, está cerca del centro de convenciones Puerta de Oro, en terminos generales buen lugar.

When we arrived at the house, the lady claimed that we hadn't booked any rooms. She made a phone call to her boss even though we had showed her our reservation.

We were told that the room we booked was full and given two options: a room that's only slightly bigger than a size of a bed which lacked all the facilities we booked for OR a dorm room.

We weren't given any apology or explanation. Since we were two tired to leave, we chose the dorm room. 10 minutes later the power went out and it was out till the next morning. The room didn't have any windows and since the ac didn't work, it was a very uncomfortable night.

Again, we weren't given any explaination why. Once we realized it was only them who lost power.not the whole neighborhood like we thought, we asked about it and were told they were waiting for the repairman.

On top of all that, this is a house with multiple kids who run, scream, jump etc which would be okay if they that wasn't a shared house. Given the circumstances MaryHouse is NOT suitable to be a guest house.

The room was nice and the staff where really nice
But the place was way overpriced for what it was. It was a guys house they had put bunk beds in with no common area to socialize apart from sitting out the front
I would stay one night to meet people if I had no choice and then go somewhere else

We booked this property through booking.com for the carnival at the beginning of February, to ensure we had somewhere to stay. The rate advertised was 240000COP for 4 nights. We assumed we were getting such a good deal because we booked so early.
Yesterday I had a bad feeling after seeing some very poor reviews written recently about Mary House & decided to contact them to ensure our reservation was still ok. They told me that they had forgotten to update their rates in line with the carnival & basically blamed this on booking.com & claimed they would not honour the original price we booked for & instead wanted 1003892COP (200£) PER person PER night, totalling a massive 12046706COP (2400£!) I understand the rates are naturally higher due to the carnival, however, it is the properties duty to ensure rates are updated in line with such events. It is also the responsibility of the property to ensure that they inform their guests when issues like this arise. Instead, they were going to allow us to arrive on the day of the carnival, excited & with all of ouR stuff to be told that they will not allow us to stay at the rate we booked. This would have either left us with no choice but to pay the new rate OR simply just get back on the bus to another city as available accommodation is now minimal.
I then reached out to booking.com who contacted the property. They told booking.com they didn’t even have any rooms available for us. Another lie.
After this, the property told booking.com that we could stay there but we still had to pay more than the original agreed price. Obviously we were reluctant to accept this offer as we believe if we turned up, they will still demand more money. As written in previous reviews, this is something that Mary House seem to be doing a lot.
If you have booked this accommodation for the carnival you should check with them that the price you have reserved for is actually true.
Due to the stress of the situation 1 of my friends has pulled out leaving myself & my other friend unable to afford the new rate that the property is asking. We booked early to avoid this exact situation & we are now in a position where we won’t be able to attend the carnival.

Booked a private room through booking.com, after arrival they told me the price is higher than it was supposed to be, and cause it was quite late, I couldn't search for any other place. Plus the 'private' room ended up to be a dorm, which I had for myself. Definitely not what I have expected. Even though the receptionist was in a way helpful, she seemed I was bothering her with all my questions. Also, they lock the house at 10pm and you can't even go to the front yard, cause there is noone to open the door for you. Sadly I cannot recommend.

Pésima atención, reliace la reserva con 8 días de antelación y al llegar al sitio no había habitaciones, son desentendidos y el sitio es poco agradable. No lo recomiendo.

Nos recomendaron dejar el carro afuera que tenia mucha "seguridad" nos rovaron los espejos del carro en la mañana tipo 5: 30. No lo recomiendo para nada

Excelente ubicación sector muy tranquilo, con cocina lo único baño compartido, 60 mil pesos por noche para tres sin TV

Pésimo servicio. Llegué con mi pareja a altas horas de la noche (se acordó la reserva para las 10: 30 p.m, y cuando llegué al sitio, me dicen que no hay ha habitaciones disponibles; que no tenía la reserva que ya había hecho.
Como negocio, deben tener mucha seriedad. Me dejaron en la calle.
No le recomiendo este lugar a nadie. Gracias.

Excelente servicio, buena atención y central. Lo malo que cada habitación debería tener su propio baño.

Me gustó mucho la estadía que tuve en el hostal. Muy agradable. Se vive un ambiente familiar y son muy atentos con la llegada de los huéspedes. Fueron muy amigables conmigo.

Es un sitio de paso, las habitaciones no son muy adecuadas para descansar, el baño es compartido y no se ve muy aseado, son amables los que nos atendieron pero deben mejorar las instalaciones. El promedio de estadía es 35k a 45k.

Servicio regular, mucha bulla que no deja descansar y el joven que atiende no deja los costos claros y hace cobros excesivos.

Sitio desagradable. No se puede descansar por el escándalo a toda hora. Nos quejamos por el exceso de ruido y solicitamos la devolución del dinero y la dueña se negó a hacer la debida devolución. No recomendable. Tuvimos que salir a dormir en el carro

Buen sitio para hospedarse desde que llegas hasta que te vas son muy atentos y serviciales están pendientes a que necesitas.central para comer, cajeros y otros sin duda recomendado y lo mejor es muy limpio y económico gracias
