Great service, clean and efficient. Only COP42.000 For 14 pounds of clothes and they'll wash and dry it. They also provide fold service, but it's extra. Dry cleaning has its own cost separate from laundry service. Highly recommend vs.hotel laundry service.

Muy Mala atención y dejan dañar la ropa, no dan buen asesoramiento.pero sobre todo, la que me atendió no sé si es la dueña, pero muy grosera. Pensé que llevando mis camisas quedarían bien y se dañaron! Que lastima!

Muy buen servicio, atención rápida y amable, la ropa la entregan el mismo día y muy limpia, otro punto a favor es que abre sábados y domingos.

First they interrogated me for my passport information, my hotel, my room number. Haha, like what the hell? Then they didn’t tell me until after my clothes were in the washer that the minimum charge is 38 mil, no matter how small the load. So I was charged almost $10 US dollars to wash 2 pants and 3 t-shirts for SELF SERVICE laundry. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would go here. Way too expensive and too invasive of your information.

Me parece el colmo que me digan que pase en hora y media y paso a la hora y media y está cerrado, necesitaba urgente esa ropa, al menos avisen que no alcanza a estar la ropa. El colmo ya no vuelvo nunca

Muy amable la sra, muy bueno el jabón que usan, muy buenas maquinas (lavadora y secadora)
Recomiendo que usen el servicio a Domicilio, sale más económico, yo gaste más yendo y viniendo por mi cuenta, me hubiese salido mejor hacerlo a domicilio.

I had good luck here. You can self service or pay for them to do it. They do it by weight. I just had a bag from the hotel and I was under the low weight scale. I sat and read a book why I waited for the self serve. They needed to know where i was staying for some reason. The lady was very nice that worked there even though there was a language barrier between us.

It's a little frustrating to pay the most you've ever paid to put your clothes through a washer and dryer ($15), hand over every conceivable piece of personal information (full name, phone number, ID number, address), and then be accused of making a run for it after you've finished.
