I am someone who rarely, if ever, leaves reviews. Yet, my experience at OPTICAS MONTECARLO in Bogotá was so exceptional that I feel compelled to share my appreciation.
Traveling through Bogotá, I found myself in a bit of a predicament as I ran out of contacts. To make things more complicated, my grasp on the Spanish language is.let’s just say limited. Nonetheless, from the moment I stepped into OPTICAS MONTECARLO, I was met with warmth, patience, and understanding.
I believe the name of the talented optometrist was Ana (but I could be mistaken!) and she not only swiftly catered to my immediate needs, but also went the extra mile to conduct an eye exam. To my astonishment, she identified an oversight in my previous prescription from the States. I actually had talked to my previous optometrist about this issue- to no avail. Thanks to her meticulous examination, I now have contacts that fit me perfectly!
Meanwhile, Omar at the front desk was the embodiment of patience and professionalism. His efforts to bridge the language gap and make me feel at ease were genuinely commendable. The efficiency with which they managed to rush order my contacts, and their promptness in notifying me upon their arrival, showcased their unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction.
It’s not just the top-notch service, but the human touch, the genuine concern and effort to help a traveler in distress that truly touched my heart. It is so refreshing to witness such high standards of professionalism blended with a personal touch.
If you are a local or just passing through Bogotá, I cannot recommend OPTICAS MONTECARLO enough. If you want the best of the best- this is that place. Their excellence transcends the standard 10/10 rating - I'd give them a 12/10! Kudos to the entire team for truly embodying the essence of outstanding customer service.

Soy alguien que rara vez, o nunca, deja reseñas. Sin embargo, mi experiencia en OPTICAS MONTECARLO en Bogotá fue tan excepcional que me siento obligado a compartir mi agradecimiento.
Viajando por Bogotá me encontré en un aprieto porque me quedé sin contactos. Para complicar más las cosas, mi conocimiento del idioma español es.digamos limitado. Sin embargo, desde el momento en que entré en OPTICAS MONTECARLO, fui recibido con calidez, paciencia y comprensión.
Ana, la talentosa optometrista, no solo atendió rápidamente mis necesidades inmediatas, sino que también hizo un esfuerzo adicional para realizar un examen de la vista. Para mi sorpresa, identificó un descuido en mi receta anterior de Estados Unidos. Gracias a su meticuloso examen, ahora tengo unas lentillas que me quedan perfectas.
Mientras tanto, Omar en la recepción era la encarnación de la paciencia y el profesionalismo. Sus esfuerzos por cerrar la brecha lingüística y hacerme sentir a gusto fueron realmente encomiables. La eficiencia con la que lograron ordenar rápidamente mis lentes de contacto y su rapidez al notificarme su llegada demostraron su compromiso incomparable con la satisfacción del cliente.
No es sólo el servicio de primer nivel, sino también el toque humano, la preocupación genuina y el esfuerzo por ayudar a un viajero en apuros lo que realmente tocó mi corazón. Es muy reconfortante ser testigo de estándares tan altos de profesionalismo combinados con un toque personal.
Si eres local o estás de paso por Bogotá, no puedo recomendar ÓPTICAS MONTECARLO lo suficiente. La mejor optometrista y equipo. Su excelencia trasciende la calificación estándar de 10/10: ¡yo les daría un 12/10! Felicitaciones a todo el equipo por encarnar verdaderamente la esencia de un excelente servicio al cliente.

Encantada con este sitio! Desde que llegas te atienden con toda la disposición y la mejor actitud, el servicio es excelente y la atención de la doctora ni se diga! Muy profesionales en todo! Recomendadísimo!
