La comida es muy buena, aunque puede parecer cara, era muy buena y de alta calidad.
¡No te pierdas la limonada de coco fuera de este mundo!

Lo único que no disfruté fue que cada 2 minutos alguien intentaba venderte algo, la próxima vez me sentaré adentro:)

Si quieres probar unos ceviches exquisitos, no busques más y pide una mesa en
"La cevichería".

Vinimos a ella para un almuerzo tranquilo. La comida es excelente, las bebidas son geniales. Y el servicio es amigable.

El ceviche está bien (no hay muchos sabores complementarios en la marinada) y el pescado cocido estaba exagerado. Si a esto le sumamos una espera muy larga, el resultado es… decepcionante.

ES UN RESTAURANTE MUY PEQUEÑO NO TIENE SUFICIENTE ESPACIO SI VAS SOLO O CON PAREJA TE PONEN UNA MESA EN UN RINCON O TE DAN MESA EN LA PLAZA DONDE LLEGA LA COMIDA FRIA Y LA CERVEZA CALIENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO

¡¡Delicioso! Tuve la hamburguesa de camarones, que era sabrosa y abundante. El camarero fue muy útil y revisó varias veces para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien.

Un restaurante que sirve una comida muy buena y exquisita puedes servirte tus alimentos al aire libre.

Sobrevalorado, precios muy altos para la comida, que no es deliciosa como esperaba, me pasaron unos crocantes en bolsa que me pareció como atención de supermercado, adicional no maneja facturación electrónica, me dieron un correo para solicitarla y era errado

Estafa
Mapa nada actualizado respecto al disponible en Google, los precios se duplican o incluso triplican. Ceviche sin sabor extremadamente ligero en cuanto a cantidad a pesar del precio astronómico, 20 euros los 3 bocados acompañados de galletas… lo siento. Sin duda víctima de su lejano éxito… un desastre

Tuve una gran experiencia comiendo aquí y sentándome en el bar viéndolos preparar toda la comida fresca. Sería nuestro restaurante número uno de estilo casual en Cartagena.

La paella es muy rica, pero el arroz le faltó estar más jugoso y caldoso, sin embargo estaba bien. El plato era considerablemente grande y quedé satisfecha.

Desafortunadamente, no pudimos sentarnos porque la dama que organizaba la lista de espera estaba ubicando a otros clientes primero a pesar de llegar más tarde que nosotros. Estábamos cansados ​​de esta actitud espantosa y nos fuimos. El lugar fue muy recomendado, una pena que no pudimos comer aquí…

El ambiente es todo lo que esperarías de una Cevicheria. Bonito y sencillo. Buena comida pero no especial y el servicio también está bien.

Didn’t love it here as a vegetarian. Got an Italian style sandwich that tasted like I was partially out of a can. Friends enjoyed their ceviche but didn’t rave about it. Pro tip — DO NOT sit outside, even if there is a wait. We got harassed by peddlers for the ENTIRE dinner. The security guard for the restaurant did help to get them to leave us alone, but they easily outnumbered him so couldn’t all be avoided.

It's always a treat to experience a restaurant that received a stamp of approval from the late Anthony Bourdain. Of all the episodes to miss, I missed that episode, but a friend told me about it and while I was in Cartagena, I couldn't leave and not check it out. I didn't make a reservation and I'm not positive if they take them. I decided to check them out after watching the sunset. I arrived about 7 pm and surprisingly there wasn't a wait. I was dining alone so maybe that was why I was seated immediately. I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection on the menu bit I chose one and hoped for the best. I chose the Colombian Ceviche Temptation and I wasn't disappointed AT ALL. Actually, I enjoyed the appetizer of chips and this spicy dip. The service was spectacular, as well. I enjoyed my dinner and the atmosphere.

Overhyped Restaurant in Cartagena. Service was superslow, we Had to wait 25Minutes for our bill being ignored by waiters, and then they have the balls to add 10% service. Food was OK but Not great, but pricy.

Excelente lugar. Aquí huele delicioso para los amantes de la comida de Mar. Platos exquisitos. Recomendado. No dude en visitarlo. Y de paso me hacen la invitación y los acompaño Jajaja aa

Highly over priced for the portion and location.
Isn’t enough to be constantly interrupted and annoyed by non artists and beggers. The staff would rather spend time with their phones than assist customers.
I had better ceviche at a much lesser price throughout South America.

You sit in sticky chairs much lower than the tables which are sticky too.
I’ve seen 3 tables getting different customers and not getting wiped once!

Improve your security around your customers and train your staff.

This place may have been good once but it's really bad now. Awful service and overcooked seafood that was not fresh. Just cashed in on its reputation and is about ripping off the tourists and selling the merchandise. So many better options in Cartagena.

Very ambitious place with absolutely fantastic style. Very small, like 10 tables inside and about 7 tables outside.

Service is fantastic, the place consider to be vary famous and was featured in Anthony Bourdain show and few more guides. Well, yes, the place are very promising. No reservation (prepare to wait in line) and beat the heat, very chaotic line, but mostly all servers speak English very well, so, just reach the host to get the place in the queue.

The menu is constantly overpriced, be prepare to spent ~$40 per person, but there is no problem. The food is the most disappoint part. All dishes slightly unfinished. The ceviche is chewy, the Soup For You - just watered ketchup (tomato based) with some seafood on top. But the most saddest point - the place still the best seafood in Cartagena.

Overpriced for what you get. It felt like they boiled the shrimp, tossed some dressing on it and served as a ceviche. Side dishes are VERY small. We felt cheated. There are many other way better options for seafood

Just ok food. The place is cute with a few eccentricities, but the food did not wow as we were told it would. The drinks were also quite sweet; not sure they added any alcohol at all!

Wait was an hour but well worth it. They had amazing vegan food. I absolutely loved the Sicilian with mushrooms sandwich. Greatest sandwich I've had ever had

On a Saturday afternoon got there 20 min before it opened and by the time the restaurant opened it was an hour wait for those who just came. Portions are big, delicious paella. Got the mixed ceviche but the octopus in it was the best! Service is slow, food comes out slow.

Great food and friendly staff, definitely worth the hour wait. We killed time by checking out a market a few blocks down. Just ignore the hordes of vendors if you sit outside. The menu can be a bit overwhelming, but in a good way - you can't go wrong here!

Ceviche! Que delícia! La Cevicheria, é um ótimo restaurante que além do ceviche, possui vários pratos tendo como base os frutos do mar.
O preço é um pouco alto, mas compensa pela saborosa comida.
Mas vá preparado! Normalmente tem uma fila de espera de pelo menos 30 minutos.

Les prix ridiculement élevés et les portions ridiculement petites font de ce petit resto une expérience bien peu plaisante.
25 000 pesos pour un petit ramequin de ceviche (annoncé comme medium), on a failli éclater de rire quand nous avons été servis. Franchement passez votre chemin, c'est un joli piège à touristes.

El lugar está sobrevalorado para lo que es. Existen muchos otros lugares donde puedes encontrar un mejor ceviche y a un mejor precio.

The place is overrated and overpriced. There’re many other places where you can get better ceviches and less expensive.

3 stars because it’s overpriced. Everybody is obsessed with this place b/c Anthony Bourdain went here.good solid meal. I had the cooked fish of the day: moist and not dry. My side of coconut rice was great. The side of ‘fried plantains’ was a complete rip off. My friend’s paella was made with coconut rice - it was delicious!

Lugar recomendado para observar la Cartagena colonial frente al hotel Santa Clara y degustar de una buena comida de mar, entre sus comensales está anthony bourdain que da su punto vista. Recomendado para los amantes a la comida de mar!

To tell you in advance: you can not reserve a table, you just go there; if they have a table for you, you can eat there otherwise there is a waiting list and they tell you when to come back! This worked very well for us, because I just went for a drink in one of the neighboring bars. The staff was friendly, and the food really really good. We ate three different ceviche plates (peruvian, colombian and mexican) and shared a fourth one (one of the starters) which were all great! For a drink I had a negroni, which was also very good. The prices are kind of high compared to other restaurants, but it was totally worth it and I would recommend to go there!

Primero tienes que saber que si no llegas a las 13 en punto, no vas a alcanzar mesa ya que el local es pequeñísimo, nosotras no alcanzamos asi es que quedamos en lista espera y después de media hora nos pudimos sentar, luego pedimos ceviche y una paella con frutos del mar, estaba bueno pero tuvimos que pedir limón ya que le faltaba algo de sabor.
El punto negativo es que no ponen ningún pocillo para ir dejando las conchitas y los restos de langosta.
Encuentré que este lugar está sobrevalorado, no es malo pero nada extraordinario.
No es barato.

Bit of a let down.
The staff were very pleasant and the place is stylish and has a nice atmosphere but the food was just “good” not excellent.
If this were a cheap and cheerful place then fine but the dishes here are disproportionately expensive so you expect much greater things.
We had one lovely cerviche in coconut milk but such a tiny “medium” portion (and yes this was very delicious) but the most eagerly anticipated dish (lobster cerviche) was overcured and quite chewy and the balance of flavours was just wrong and a bit weird.
3 beers, 1 starter, 2 cerviches: $51 USD and unfortunately our most disappointing meal in Cartagena.
3 stars because we ate it all (we were hungry!) and as I said it was on average “good” overall but definitely not worth the price tag or the hype.
Suggest Peru Fusion instead for cerviche and sushi - a little pricey also (less than this place) but VERY worth it!

Es un excelente sitio el mejor servicio. Y la comida una maravilla. Te invito a visitar la cevicheria te aseguro q quedas encantado y con deseos de regresar. A y No olvides recomendarlo yo le doy 5 estrellas

Don’t believe the hype. Waited over an hour for a table. Ceviche was the worst we had in Cartagena. They are riding the “we were featured on Anthony Bourdain” thing. Fish was chewy and shrimp was tiny. We got 3 different types too. Drinks were weak. We had a couple of mojitos and they were lacking flavor. Total disappointment! Avoid this place. So many better food options!

Lives up to the hype - great ceviche and prawn platter. Strong drinks. Only downside was that we were aggressively hassled by street rappers. The security outside did little to dissuade the group as we ate.

Delicioso ceviche mixto con ese toque de cilantro recomiendo a ojo cerrado los tostones con queso y camarones, delicioso la atención genial por el chef en jefe sebastian y sus meseros pero la administradora maso menos. En general delicioso y se paga lo justo limonada cerezada deliciosa

Lugar muy concurrido, pero la atención es buena. Sin embargo, en cuanto a su gastronomia, la relación costo beneficio es bastante desequilibrada. El ceviche es bastante normal para su precio. Es un lugar para los extranjeros que les gustan los lugares de moda y que traen dólares y euros.

I travel around the world and try to retrace Anthony Bourdain's footsteps, I decided to visit this place today as the legend visited Blame cevricheria on his segment in Colombia. This place has very simple yet delicious cevicha and local seafood dishes. It is a bit pricey but well worth it.

Fomos por ler várias indicações e por amigos. Estava cheio mesmo às 19: 30 de uma quinta. Tivemos que esperar vagar mesa. Mas valeu muito. Os drinks são suaves (nada forte), cerveja gelada. A comida é simplesmente maravilhosa. Pedimos a paella pra 2 pessoas. De comer rezando! Ambiente gostoso. Num lugar muito legal do centro histórico de Cartagena. Valor um pouco mais caro que alguns outros, mas pela proposta e serviço, vale muito.

Really overhyped and even waited an hour. I've had lobster on the beach from a local that cost a third of the price of what theirs was. Service was just as bad. Save your money and go elsewhere.
