Worst stay in Colombia. The owner is rude. He made a mistake with my reservation and tried to put the blame on me. Then he screamed and cursed at me in front of other guests. Rooms are very small.

La peor estancia en Colombia. El dueño es grosero. Cometió un error con mi reserva y trató de echarme la culpa a mí. Luego gritó y me maldijo delante de otros invitados. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

DO NOT STAY HERE.got into palomino later in the day and found this hostel had the most availability with the best reviews, once we arrived the mosquitoes and flies were probably the worst I have seen, (even after a jungle trek) the staff kicked me off my hammock by the pool at 9. All that aside we also picked up bed bugs from this hostel along with other bug that took a ride on our packs, all night there was a possum on the roof fighting with something. Once that ended dogs and rooster and night clubs are very Loud. So in all, zero sleep, bed bugs, other bugs, mosquitoes and sand flies. Don’t stay here

DO NOT stay here if you can avoid it. The hostel itself is fine but the owner is a horrible person. He SHOUTED at me in front of hostel guests. His reasons being our slightly delayed check out which we had contacted them about hours prior and was because of a motorbike accident. The other reason being that we had some friends come and sit by the pool for 10 minutes while we waited for our bus. These friends also had booked this accommodation for the following night. I have never been treated so poorly by a member of staff. It’s unbelievable that this behaviour came from the owner who is meant to set an example to the staff on how to treat guests. This man does not deserve to own a space like that and make money from treating people so badly. He made me feel unsafe and uneasy by his completely unnecessary and extensive shouting.

Lugar encantador, tranquilo y lleno de naturaleza y vida, un poquito de zancudos, pero es normal en la región, tiene su encanto y su magia.

Gran albergue, gran servicio. Excepto que los vecinos hicieron ruido y cantaron con dos personas dos noches.

NO te quedes aquí si puedes evitarlo. El albergue en sí está bien, pero el dueño es una persona horrible. Me GRITÓ frente a los huéspedes del albergue. Sus razones fueron nuestra salida ligeramente retrasada, con la que nos habíamos puesto en contacto con ellos unas horas antes y se debió a un accidente de motocicleta. La otra razón es que algunos amigos vinieron y se sentaron junto a la piscina durante 10 minutos mientras esperábamos nuestro autobús. Estos amigos también habían reservado este alojamiento para la noche siguiente. Nunca me había tratado tan mal un miembro del personal. Es increíble que este comportamiento provenga del propietario, que debe dar ejemplo al personal sobre cómo tratar a los huéspedes. Este hombre no se merece ser dueño de un espacio así y ganar dinero tratando tan mal a la gente. Me hizo sentir insegura e incómoda con sus gritos completamente innecesarios y extensos.

Do not get your laundry done here, it was very expensive, it took 2 days and they gave me my clothes back wet and refused to refund me which was annoying because I had to get a flight that day. It's a nice hostle other then that with a swing pool and chill atmosphere.

Precioso lugar y localización estupenda. Tmb hay agua caliente y la chica que nos atendió fué un encanto, te dan desayuno q está muy rico!

El lugar es muy muy agradable, la tarifa y las opciones que te brindan son muy buenas y accesibles. Las habitaciones son pequeñas peor justas para acomodarte y descansar. Los espacios estan muy bien ambientados, respetan mucho los árboles y los diseños de las habitaciones juegan con ello. Henry nos atendió muy bien. Cómo mejoras podría decir que podrían ofrecer más variedad de cócteles y picadas para la noche. No duden en visitarlos.

Es increíbleee con precios super bajos, muy accesible y con instalaciones muy muy bonitas, las habitaciones compartidas son frescas y cómodas, no tuve ningún problemaa con los zancudos en las noches, las piscina es de lo mejor y los desayunos son bastantes en cantidad y va incluido en las reserva, las habitaciones privadas también son bonitas y la Pola es barata, se puede ir en familia y con parceros se arman buenos parches.

The hostel itself is okay but the owner treats the workers badly. Far from the beach. Would stay somewhere else.

Very clean, nice atmosphere, big kitchen, good swimming pool, helpful staff, cute cats. Only the roosters of the neighbour were pretty loud in the morning.

A few weeks ago we spent the night in La Natura, Palomino. That night my phone got stolen. We went to bed early because we wanted to go to Cabo de Vela the next morning. I woke up around 5 am and my phone, that was in the charger next to my head, was gone. We searched everywhere and later we contacted the receptionist and explained the situation. He told us that he stayed in the hostel until 11 pm and that the outside doors of the hostel were locked during the night. We asked him to call his boss in Londen to check the camera footage (there were at least 5 cameras in the hostel). Later he told us that his boss didn’t see anything strange. The only other guests were two girls in our dorm. We didn’t suspect them because they both had a fancy phone and they opened their bags without a complaint when we explained the situation. Later the police checked their bags again. I’m writing this because I still don’t understand the situation. Someone hasn’t told us the truth and that’s a shame. The receptionist also promised us to send us the police rapport the next day, but he didn’t. We have continued our trip and we are still enjoying this beautiful country. Just keep an eye on your stuff if you go to La Natura.

Es un lugar demasiado bonito, sinceramente pensé que iba a ser caro pero no, tiene alrededor de un precio de 120,000 COP y como es un hostal no se siente incómodo, la cocina es limpia y menos mal la gente que va a esa parte es muy respetuoso y muy sociables, esta en una muy buena ubicación, además es seguro, muchas cosas lindas dentro del hostal, como por ejemplo juegos, libros y hay enchufes para la comodidad del cliente, además de decir que hay wifi lo cual lo hace un lugar lindo y genial.
