Horrible experience with the people there and they rip off tourists. Avoid if possible

Do not use if you need to arrive on time for something. Was told that the first bus leaves at 7.00 am, waited until 7.50. I was then told if we bought a ticket right now it would leave within the next 40 min and we wouldn't have to wait until the bus was full. After asking three times the woman then admitted that it would only leave once there was a minimum of 6 people even if we'd bought the ticket. Ended up having to get a taxi so I didn't miss the flight.

Unfortunately, misleading and nontransparent information.

Easy trip to Minca from Santa Marta. Staff all very friendly but Jeffrey was worth a special mention as he went above and beyond with his friendly and helpful attitude. Don't forget to buy banana bread from the old man outside! Delicious.
