We booked 2 tours with this company and were highly disappointed with both.
First tour was supposed to be 6 people with open top jeep and english speaking guide to Minca. Our tour was just my husband and I with a closed top vehicle and no english speaking guide. We wasted time sitting in a coffee shop and then were rushed to all other attractions and with zero explanations of what was happening as the kid spoke no english.
Second tour, our boat driver showed up very late, leaving us roasting in the sun waiting for him and then no communication on where we were going and what we were doing. Our boat ride was extremely dangerous and we sustained several spinal injuries. We were not even given the time to enjoy any beaches and were constanty rushed out so boat driver can come back early to the port when we paid for full day. We were given only 10 minutes at concha beach.the manager/owner never even responded back to us or apologized for our experience.
We are so remorseful of our time wasted with this local company and wish we booked with viator or a dependable online operator.

Realizamos el Tour de Ciudad Perdida, 4 días y 3 noches. Una maravilla de experiencia. Antonio fue nuestro guía, y no podíamos haber tenido uno mejor! Muy atento durante todo el recorrido, se nota que le apasiona su trabajo. Compartió historias interesantes de Nevada y sus experiencias.

Great team, awesome service. All in all one of the best, still small but really honest tour companies I have ever experienced. You should definitely go with them!

Great personal service with Jungle Tours, Antonio was our guide to the lost city, he was very attentive during the tour ensuring we were always safe and enjoying the trek.
