¡Este es definitivamente el lugar para ir en Taganga! Hice mi curso de actualización con Leyder después de nueve años sin bucear. Fue increíble y todos los que trabajan allí fueron geniales. Muy recomendable

Centro de servicio por excelencia…
Muy flexible y absolutamente orientado al cliente.
Reservé dos buenas inmersiones con muy poca antelación, me recogieron y me llevaron al centro de buceo, el equipo de alquiler ya estaba disponible y pudimos ir a bucear de inmediato e hicimos dos inmersiones muy relajadas.
Luego el taxi estuvo listo y me llevó de regreso al crucero.
El procesamiento fue muy flexible, el pago también fue muy relajado y Max también fue un tipo genial.

Muy buena experiencia, mi pareja y yo hemos disfrutado de dos inmersiones muy bonitas y tranquilas. Buena visibilidad. Los chicos del Staff geniales. El barco amplio y cómodo. Fácil de gestionar la reserva y muy bien atendidos. Para repetir seguro. Los equipos en buen estado.

¡Un lugar realmente fantástico para obtener la certificación! Gran organización, profesores súper profesionales y divertidos (Julie y Tom). Tuve el privilegio de bucear en una pequeña clase de tres, así que sentí mucha orientación y atención. Recomendaría de todo corazón este lugar a todos:)

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en toda nuestra familia. Entrenaron a nuestros hijos y a su abuelo en aguas abiertas, nuestro fabricante de burbujas más joven y mi especialidad de buceo profundo. Todos aprendieron mucho y lo pasaron muy bien. El personal, las instalaciones y la profesionalidad fueron geniales. Aprecie especialmente lo cómodas e inspiradoras que hicieron que la primera experiencia de buceo de todos nuestros niños.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia. Tom, nuestro instructor, se aseguró de que mi pareja se sintiera cómoda y segura en su primera experiencia de buceo. Explicó súper bien todos los diferentes aspectos del buceo y del buceo en general.
Toda la tripulación, tanto en tierra como en el barco, está lista para ayudarte y asegurarse de que estés pasando un buen momento. Tuvimos mucha suerte con nuestras inmersiones ya que logramos ver una tortuga y muchas otras especies.

No lo dudes, es un Padi Dive Center 5* gestionado por europeos y locales.

I got my PADI together with son in december 2022.
The only Diving Center with their own pool which is very convenient. (this plus is not mentioned on the site)
Communication with the owner by whatsapp was very good.
Instruction by our trainer Tom was good.
The diving experience was exciting although i expected a much more colourful environment.
The pictures we received were rather worthless seemingly because of a failure in the camera. They tried to repair but we gave up reminding them because the answer was a more colombian than european reaction.manana, manana.
Thanks to the Poseidon team for guiding us in our PADI!
I am looking forward to my next dive. It will be San Andres next week in march 2023 so i am very confident!

We had a great time going on fun dives with Poseidon including a night dive which I really recommend due to the bioluminescent plankton. Our dive master, Lobo, made the whole experience chilled and fun. The equipment was in good condition.

We would be happy to dive with them again.

We did our PADI open water diver course here. Felipe was our instructor and was fantastic. This is the only dive shop in the area with their own pool, which is really helpful for the beginner courses. Very accommodating for English speakers. Incredibly beautiful and rich dive sites in Tayrona.

Excellent centre, not the cheapest in town, but then you very often get what you pay for. I did 3 days fun dives with Filipe and Max, all dives lasted 55 minutes or longer. Great equipment with a computer provided if you don’t have your own, a good boat and helpful crew. Highly recomended.

I did my open water certification here and it was really good. The instructor had a good way of teaching the essentials and a good balance between theory and practice.

I had a wonderful experience diving with Poseidon. The team is great and very helpful. There is a strong importance to safety and the enjoyment of the experience.

Before booking, I had compared them with other dive shops (which offer dives at similar prices) and found that Poseidon provided extra services like diving insurance, nitrox and your photos in that same price. Overall, it was a great experience doing my refresher and two fun dives with Ana at Poseidon.

Amazing dive centre. Pipe is a knowledgeable and passionate dive master. I highly recommend this location for your open water, advance and any other scuba certification. Max was also great with communication.

I am new to diving and still get apprehensive. My dive master was by far the calmest and most patient of the handful of instructors I’ve ever gone with. The Tayrona reefs were beautiful and full of life as well. Highly recommend.

Great experience overall. The dive master was great, nice locations and the equipment and boat are better than the rest in the area. The groups are small which is nice for begginers like me. Definitely felt we went for the best/safest option. Would recommend 100%

Excellent diving both for beginners or experienced divers. Just popped in and was able to join on some excellent dives. Huge lobsters, morray eels, Great drifts as well. This is the place to go for great experienced chill people

Went for 2 dives and had an answer guide. He really explained everything to me and he was totally considerate that it takes me longer to go down to 6 Meters due to problems with my ears. The boat and the crew were amazing and the dive gear was good as well. The dive sites were amazing the water was so clear and the corals were amazing. Would directly go again. I really recommend this company. Thanks for 2 amazing dives.

I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for:
- a centre that seriously follows the Padi standards and prioritises the safety of its students
- a smiling, friendly, helpful and especially very fast reacting team.

Thank you to my instructor Susanna who was very patient with me and to the owner of the centre and his team who continued to be reactive to my requests to finalise my online certification even though we are thousands of kilometres apart.

Incredible. Worth 10 stars! The entire crew was amazing. We traveling from USA to go diving in Colombia. This was our first dive after getting certified and I’d go back in a heartbeat. Going on a night dive tomorrow and can’t wait!

Felipe and Mataes were awesome guides! They made the experience fun and safe. Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience! Highly recommend this crew!

Un superbe centre de plongée. Susana, instructrice francophone est très pédagogue et met en confiance. Leur matériel est top et l'équipe accueillante. N'hésitez pas à plonger avec eux.

A really nice diving centre. Susana, who is French-speaking instructor, is a very good teacher and such helpful. Their equipment is great and the team is welcoming. Do not hesitate to dive with them.

El ejercicio físico dentro del agua aporta un gran número de beneficios a nuestro cuerpo. El principal es la reducción del peso corporal, facilitando la movilidad y permitiendo al paciente poder realizar movimientos que fuera del agua no se podrían realizar.

Elimina el impacto sobre las articulaciones, sobretodo en extremidades inferiores, como rodillas y tobillos. A nivel de columna lumbar también se produce una importante descarga.

También, al trabajar con resistencia, ayuda a mejorar la fuerza de nuestros músculos, cualidad imprescindible en un proceso de rehabilitación.

Otro factor importante, es que gracias a la natación, también se obtienen mejoras a nivel cardiorespiratorio. También ayuda a mejorar la circulación sanguínea.

La natación es uno de los deportes más completos que existen. Por sus características, si se realiza de manera adecuada, se pueden conseguir beneficios tanto a nivel de fuerza como a nivel cardiorespiratorio.

Everybody who is looking for an all around fun & professional diving experience, should consider Poseidon Dive Center. I came to do my PADI Open Water (my first dive ever), and very quickly decided to stay to continue with Advanced Open Water, Nitrox Diving and Deep Diving (which are PADI courses you can take).

As a beginner myself, I will try to share my experiences and point out some things which really made the decision for Poseidon the best decision for me:

First of all: You want to enjoy your dives & therefore you want to be well prepared, so your diving experience is comfortable and exciting. While other diving schools might drop you off in the ocean on your first day of Open Water courses, at Poseidon you start with training sessions in their pool (the only diving school in Taganga with their own training pool), instructed by one of the very knowladgeable diving instructors, who are not only friendly and fun, and take great care in making your first dives a once in a lifetime experience, but they are also great teachers, meaning they take the time to go into detail with you and teach you how to be a good (or better) and safe diver. The pool preparation on my first day really let me enjoy my dives into the beautiful diving sites near Taganga, as I always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Jorge, my instructor for all courses, guided me through all my classes with great diving expertise and positive vibes and - for all underwater nature lovers out there - as he has been diving in Taganga for many years, his seahorse-finding-skills are matched by no one in the area. I had the most wonderful underwater experiences thanks to him.

At Poseidon, the whole staff is taking care of making your experience worthwile. Max, owner of the dive school, will give you very valuable tips to become a better diver, drawing on his more than 20 years of experience as a diving instructor and has a lot of great diving stories to tell. And I was amazed by the many languages spoken by the team - if you want to take your classes in English, Spanish, German, French - all is possible.

Wether you are looking to do fun dives, taking Open Water Diver classes, learning more about diving in special courses (like Nitrox, Deep Diving, Night Diving) or going deeper into professional & Tec diving - Poseidon offers it all, and I am sure divers of every level can enjoy their dives here, while becoming a better and safer diver at the same time.

There is a lot more I could say about my experience: from the lovely, helping and always friendly office staff (Patricia & Ara), to the gear optimal condition, to the great divings boats Poseidon has (compared to more or less nutshells which many of the other schools go out in), to the relaxed atmosphere at the dive center, where you can sit, have a chat or some free coffee, to the small snacks they prepare for you to enjoy in between your dives.

If you want to enjoy your dives to the fullest, or if you want to become a better diver and learn - in my opinion - you should consider Poseidon

For the advanced diving my instructor was NATALIA, what can i say you can really see and feel when a person loves what he do, she is a marine biologist and take the time to show me all kind of creature hiding in the riff, she Teach me so many skills and techniques, a really nice woman,

Great staff. Very professional and the best diving in Colombia by far. Quick access to dive sites (your not on a long boat ride) great equipment, and amazing scenery. Teganga is a gem.
