Bienvenida profesional, atenta a los clientes. Gran vista desde la terraza, buen desayuno.
Nuestra habitación era pequeña y al lado de la recepción era muy ruidosa.y húmeda.

Iba a hacer un viaje a varias ciudades de Colombia, pero mi esposo se puso muy enfermo y tuvimos que cancelar. Todos los demás hoteles aceptaron cambios de fecha. Este fue el único que me trató con desprecio, negando todas mis peticiones. Detalle: Reservé la mejor habitación del hotel. Así que nunca más me alojaría en un hotel con tanta indiferencia e insensibilidad.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, perfecto para desconectarse y descansar me gusta mucho el paisaje que se puede observar me da tranquilidad en verdad se los recomiendo es genial tanto su atención como su comodidad

Es un Hotel con una vista maravillosa las habitaciones con jacuzzi, cama muy confortable, te traen el desayuno a la habitación. Un excelente espacio para compartir

Este hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y la atención muy amable por parte de los administradores y el personal de la cocina.
Queda cerca a la plaza central donde se encuentra todo el comercio y el trasporte hacia los municipios cercanos, también de la terminal de buses.

Ofrece una vista muy hermosa hacia las montañas.

Estuvimos alojado en este hotel durante varias noches y fue un acierto. Las vistas son inmejorables (estuvimos en la habitacion 303, probablemente la mejor). La cama era muy cómoda, el baño tenia agua caliente, el desayuno estaba muy rico y el trato del personal fue excelente. Totalmente recomendado.

Es un pedacito de cielo en la tierra, muy bello limpio, su ubicación es perfecta con una vista al valle espectacular y sobre todo el personal muy amable y servicial, pendiente de todos los detalles, volvemos pronto!

Un bonito hotel con vistas espectaculares del paisaje a los alrededores de Salento. La atención de parte del staff es muy atenta, y el desayuno que se ofrece en este sitio es muy rico. Las habitaciones me parecieron de tamaño suficiente, aunque con pocas tomas de corriente eléctrica. El baño me pareció un poco pequeño y al menos el de nuestra habitación se percibía con mala ventilación, por lo que el calor se sofocada un poco. Fuera de esto, es un sitio muy recomendable para venir a disfrutar la tranquilidad del ambiente de Salento

Excelente visita, las instalaciones cuentan con espacios increíbles para el descanso. Ofrecen café a las 3pm. Esta muy cerca del mirador del pueblo.

Muy bien todo. Lo único es que con la habitación que pagamos, ni teníamos buen internet. Podrían mejorar ese aspecto. Por lo demás, increíble, espectacular y 100% recomendable

The absolute best view in all of Solento. The hotel is a "pay for what you get" kind of place-but that isn't a bad thing! The room was well appointed, and the staff was very helpful! Breakfast on the deck is spectacular and they accommodated out dietary needs as requested. Lovely stay!

Just make sure you like walking up hills to get here!:)

Good, but some reconditionnings to provide

Clean hotel and helpfull welcoming staff, but the louver in the bathroom were broken.
When you know that the temperatures in Salento drop to 10°C at night and that the the room has no heating, we were very cold because of this wide-open window.

The breakfast (served late, outside, even when it rains) also need to be inproved and does not match european tastes: no pastries, only bread which we had to wait for a very long time, so that we were forced to fetch cakes we had brought with us to the room.
To point out the butler completely useless who comes with great fanfare to ask you your choices for breakfast and then forgets about you for good.
On the 2e morning, we ate breakfast for a tiny price with the woman cooking at the little bus terminal, wihch was a very pleasant time and much more friendly.

Great hotel with friendly staff, a delicious breakfast and an amazing view at the mountains, valley and birds. When rainy, you can borrow an umbrella. Would definitely recommend!

The good: stunning views of the Corcora valley & great location at the top of Salento.

The bad: everything else, most notably the plumbing. On arrival, our sink in the bathroom completely collapsed through the countertop. We had to switch to another room mid-way through the first night of our stay.

Eventually we got back to our original room, and had major difficulties getting warm water from the shower, as well as flushing the toilet without any kind of refuse until the bowl. Worse yet, the toilet paper they provided was soggy and unusable — how is this possible in a hotel this well-rated?

The floorboards in our room were broken, and the secure lockbox completely missing any kind of locking mechanism.

The WiFi is pitiful, and the breakfasts were mediocre at best, bad considering how much they charged for them at the end of the stay. The water from the hotel is also not drinkable, and they nickel and dime you for the bottled water they provide in the room, charging you extra for a basic amenity.

Overall, we survived but this was absolutely not worth the premium cost they charge. I can’t recommend this place less. If you’re gonna spend this kind of money, go somewhere you’re gonna get better value.

Muy lindo hotel, con una terraza con vista inmejorable! Tener en cuenta que no todas las habitaciones tienen vista al valle, hay estacionamiento con pocos lugares (nosotros no tuvimos problema alguno) y que está ubicado en altura con lo cual hay que subir bastantes pendientes para llegar pero nada imposible. El desayuno podría ser un poco más completo, se puede pedir en la habitación, las cocineras son lo más amable del universo. Dan unas botas si se solicitan en la recepción para ir al valle

Me gusto la comodidad, la vista hacia el paisaje la atención, la tranquilidad del lugar todo está super lo recomiendo

El hotel está ubicado en un alto que a pie, da hasta pereza salir por no volver a subir la cuesta. La habitación prometía vistas al valle, pero más bien tenía vistas a la cuesta y se oía todo el ruido exterior de la calle. El desayuno y el servicio bien, las camareras muy amables. En recepción no fueron muy resolutivos respecto a la oferta de turismo de los alrededores tenían un par de opciones y no estaban disponibles, tuvimos que preguntar por el pueblo.

Por asuntos familiares relacioados con COVID no pude alojarme en El hotel y el hotel me cobró la tarifa full a traves de booking, Les expliqué la situación y no recibí empatia de parte de ellos, pregunté si lo puedo usar en El futuro, ya que no me hospedé pero ellos me cobraron full y dijeron que no porque no pudieron alquilar la habitación, pero recibieron Todo El dinero, cero calidad Humana

No pudo ser más acertada la elección del hotel para nuestro viaje de aniversario. El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo, con vistas increíbles, cómodo, lo mío y el personal más que amable.

Le meilleur hôtel à Salento. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. Se réveiller avec les oiseaux et la rivière est juste exceptionnel. Le personnel est très gentil, le déjeuner est variée et délicieux. Seul regret que il n'a pas la possibilité de boire un verre sur la terrasse le soir.

Amazing views with excellent accommodations.
Un lugar muy lindo para relajarse y apreciar las bellas montañas del valle de Cocora.
La sra de la cocina fue muy complaciente y nos hizo un desayuno muy rico vegetariano. El muchacho de la noche nos prendió la chimenea y fue muy amable al conseguirnos hielo. En fin, este lugar lo recomiendo 100%

Wonderful hotel. We got the room with the view of the valley and a jacuzzi located on the balcony. No complaints as it's in the town but far from the hustle and bustle so relatively quiet (this is Latin America folks, so people party don't expect serene quiet anywhere in town). The walk to the center of town takes about 10-15 minutes and is down a hill going, but up hill coming down. They only serve breakfast but there are some restaurants a 5 minute walk away.

Recomendable hacer la caminata una hora y media aprox, la vista desde los miradores es la mejor. Hermoso lugar.

La vista de las montañas, las palmas de cera, el ambiente y el contexto familiar es lo mejor que se puede encontrar para despejar mente y alma

Me parece un buen hotel, limpio, cómodo, buen servicio, hay wi-fi gratis, la vista es maravillosa, me gustaría zona húmeda, y al menos mi habitación tenía un ventanal pero no sé podrían abrir las ventanas, no hay agua potable en los baños y cobran el agua del mini bar en lugar de proveer. Volvería hay unas habitaciones que quiero conocer con vista al calle del cocora

One of my favorite hotels I've stayed at during my trip to Colombia! Firstly, the view of the valleys is beyond amazing. Having breakfast with that view every morning is something I won't forget. Also, the service was amazing. We were greeted very nicely, they gave us welcome drinks and coffee, and the staff spoke English very well. They had free coffee and tea all day on the patio and the breakfast had a very good selection of food. I would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Salento!

Sin duda alguna el mejor hotel que estuvimos en nuestra estancia en Colombia, dentro de un rango de precio atractivo y compitiendo con otros que seguramente fuesen más caros.
Las vistas impresionantes con toda la montaña, eso si, si está despejado mucho mejor, el internet va de maravilla.
El desayuno y limpieza es especialmente importante aquí o sea que lo cuidan mucho.
100% recomendable tanto en parejas como con niños

Es un bello lugar para descansar y reconectarse con la tranquilidad. Las habitaciones y el hotel en genera tienen una decoración muy bella. Las camas son super comodas.
El desayuno es deliciosos. Todas las personas te atienden muy bien.

Beautiful breakfast with a great view over the valley. However, not all the rooms have the same view and at least one of the rooms have a stunning view of the car park, the one just under a loud toilet and a thunderous fridge. Best check which one you’re going to get.

It isn't a 5 star hotel but due to how friendly the staff was, the view and that the rooms where wee taken care of, they earned 5 stars. I would suggest getting up at five and watch the sunrise. You won't regret it. 6 o' clock would already be too late tho.

Un lugar con magia, se siente mucha tranquilidad. Los paisajes desde allí son únicos, naturaleza hermosa!

Para mi, el mejor sitio donde quedarte a dormir en Salento. Los desayunos son riquísimos y además tienes las vistas del mirador en el propio hotel. Es una maravilla. El personal es majísimo y te tratan fenomenal. Un 10 como hotel

Why on earth did I have only 2 nights at this magical place!? We booked two rooms here, one for me and my wife and one for my kids. My kids room, which was significantly cheaper, was pretty standard, nothing special but decent. Our room, which I think was #204, was AMAZING! The view was absolutely epic and we had a rub to soak in on the private veranda. What can I say other than this was like living in a dream for two days. I loved having breakfast overlooking the mountains and there's a really nice patio area with hammocks. Pure bliss. Luis, who grew up in the UK, was incredibly helpful and it was wonderful to have a FLUENT English speaker on staff. My only complaint is that the WIFI worked very poorly in our room but I bet this is the same at every hotel in Salento. I would not hesitate to stay here again and YES, do splurge to get a room with a VIEW here. It's worth it. One more caution- it's up a steep hill so it is not suitable for those who are handicapped.
