Finca La Arzacia - Coffe Tour

Excelente experiencia. Llegamos a La Arzacia a través de los tours que con calidad y profesionalismo promociona Hugo en su oficina ubicada en el parqueadero El Sauce. Don Libardo y Doña Flor han sabido mantener una finca cafetera sostenible con una alta calidad de café. Nuestra guía Valentina hizo del recorrido una experiencia única. Muy recomendado, además de ser un café orgánico, dulce, cultivado sin quimicos. No lo encontrarás en otra parte.

Reservamos espontáneamente un tour de café en la plantación comparativamente pequeña "Finka la Arzacia" y Juan nos recibió con cariño. Nos equipó con un poncho, un sombrero y una canasta tan pronto como llegamos y nos fuimos. El recorrido duró alrededor de 1,5 horas, podías sentir la pasión de Juan y su amor por el café en cada segundo. Explicó en detalle cómo se hace el café, desde la fruta hasta la bebida, respondió todas las preguntas y te mostró los mejores lugares para tomar fotos. ¡Realmente disfrutamos este recorrido lejos de las multitudes y podemos recomendarlo con la conciencia tranquila! ¡Muchas gracias!

Me encantó nuestro recorrido. Mucho más barato y personal que otros tours. ¡La pasamos muy bien caminando por la plantación de café!

Para llegar al lugar se requiere un vehículo 4x4, ya sea de alquiler o usando uno de los transportes de la zona (no sé cómo es su horario). Se van en auto de alquiler tener cuidado, Calle muy estrecha. El lugar es una residencia de la zona, en la que te reciben y por $25000 COP te visten para la faena y haces el tour de 1 hora. Terminas degustando una tazita de café. Al final puedes comprar algo del café orgánico que producen. Este lugar no es un productor comercial de gran escala, es más bien artesanal, pero la experiencia vale la pena. Se sugiere grupos no mayores a 6 personas por tour para aprovecharlo bien.

Le tour était complet et les explications très claires, on a adoré les petits quizz de notre guide très gentille! C’est très appréciable de pouvoir visiter une finca 100% biologique et tournée vers l’agroecologie. De plus nous n’étions que 4 ce qui était beaucoup mieux que les grands groupes que nous avons pu voir ailleurs.

Great finca! We did coffee tour there in english. The guide had great english and great knowledge about the finca and the coffee production. We went to the finca on foot, it's a really nice walk. There are signs and it's not possible to get lost. We drank coffee at the end. Very delicious! The place is amazing and the tour completely worth!

Really great coffee tour at small family run organic coffee farm! Got too see the whole process, picking your own beans was lots of fun. Cesar was a great tour guide, had a great knowledge of coffee, very good English, and fun to chat to. Thanks!

A great tour in a small-scale family owned organic farm. This is our second coffee tour in Colombia and we wanted to see a smaller scale farm Arzacia was perfect for that!

The tour guid who spoke great English showed us around the farm from bean to roasting and explained how it works. We got to pick coffee (though not efficiently or well) and use some of the machinery around the farm.

We finished by tasting the coffee which was sweet and delicious! There are some pre-roasted packs available for quite reasonable price and I hope that it lasts until we get back home!

We had a magic coffee tour with Roberto, who knows everything about it but told us many other colombian tales and entertained us all morning long.
The coffee plantation is fun (put mosquito cream first!) and we learned everything about coffee production.
The place is full of sweet animals and the owner is very kind.
This is not a touristic place where to go and you really understand their reality and job, I strongly recommend this.
We paid 20k per person buying the tickets from Fernando, the owner of Casa turistica ArtVelez (special hostel where to sleep in Salento, best ever!)
In order to get to the Finca I suggest walking from Salento, it's s gonna be an hour ish and it is a nice walk under the sun (put suncream)

English friendly tour. Atención y explicación muy buena. El tour no es tan largo pero vale la pena para empaparse más del tema del café, como se siembra, cultiva y trata. Es una finca pequeña que maneja todos sis procesos manualmente, nada industrializado y completamente orgánico.

The tour took about 1h for 12000 COP. Carlos our host gave splendid of information. His English is perfect. We were just a small group of 5 people.
I really recommend to visit this family run coffee farm.

Nous avons eu la chance de faire une visite "privée", nous étions que 2. C'est intéressant de voir une petite finca de café. La personne qui nous a fait la visite en espagnol était très sympathique et répondait volontiers à nos questions.

We were recommended Finca Arzacia by our Airbnb host in Salento. If you're looking to get a thoughtful, interactive tour of a local, family-run, independent organic coffee farm, look no further. The owner is so passionate about the process, biodiversity, and people over profit, and he loves sharing with others. He gave great tips on non-chemical gardening, and even encouraged us to grow our own coffee plants, Ave thanks to the tour, we would know how! He speaks both English and Spanish. Tour was well worth the low price, and includes a cup of coffee. I know you'll pass a lot of other farms along the way, but if you want the best, personal tour, go to Finca Azarcia!

The tour was amazing. Loads of information about traditional ways of making 100% organic coffee. Our guide Abraham was just amazing and spoke perfect English. Recommended!

FINCA LA ARZACIA: Se brinda un Tour del café a los turistas para que conozca por medio artesanal como se cultiva y se procesa el café. Por el sendero que se tiene en la finca la ARZACIA y por medio del guía turístico se les explica todo lo relacionado al café, de esta manera al final pueda tener una rica degustación con café organica propia y hecho de la finca.
