Tomamos 8 horas de clases privadas de salsa y nos encantó la experiencia. Alejandra y Steven son excelentes profesores, el lugar está muy bien ubicado y es muy agradable. Nos invitaron a eventos por la noche después de clases, fue genial.

Arrebato Caleno es una experiencia que nunca olvidarás. Quizás olvides algunos de los movimientos de baile avanzados que aprendiste, pero la naturaleza acogedora, la amabilidad y la calidez humana nunca. La respuesta de WhatsApp es rápida y el personal es muy amableHay lecciones grupales y lecciones privadas, pero para principiantes se recomienda tomar lecciones privadas.

La gente más cálida del mundo. Si buscan hacer algo diferente en su visita a Cali, un poco de deporte o simplemente gozar un rato, Arrebato Caleño es el lugar, se pasa bien, el recibimiento y las personas son demasiado lindas y amables. Los instructores saben muchísimo y te enseñan paso a paso, con paciencia y dándote conocimiento de la buena técnica, acá no hay quién no pueda bailar y disfrutar!

Hicimos una lección privada de 2 horas aquí y fue muy buena. El instructor fue increíble y progresamos mucho en 2 horas. ¡Fue muy minuciosa y nos enseñó todos los fundamentos! Lo recomendaría 100%

Me encantó tomar clases de salsa caleña en Arrebato. El salón es bellísimo y los profesores son muy pedagógicos para enseñar, lo que permite que aprendas rápido y con la técnica correcta. Me regreso a Chile feliz por todo lo aprendido.

This was my first time learning Salsa and it was a fantastic experience. My teacher, Steven, was a great teacher; professional and patient. Lessons were taught in Spanish, and though mine is basic it didn't seem matter much when learning dance. The schools admin were extremely responsive to texts etc.and lessons were great value for money. Highly recommend

The group lesson wa really fun and really engaging, they really do make sure you can get the moves right and taught us a bit of merengue and bachata as well

Bailé con Arrebato en el Salsódromo en 2022, y fue una experiencia muy chévere! Tuvimos una rutina bacana, profes con entusiasmo, y nos prepararon trajes personalizados. Le recomiendo esta escuela mucho!

I danced with Arrebato in the salsodromo, and it was a very cool experience! We had a great routine, enthusiastic teachers, and they provided us with tailored outfits. Highly recommended school!

We were in Cali for only a few days but decided to take a salsa lesson package and it was absolutely fantastic! Mauricio the instructor was friendly and professional. We started having very little knowledge of dancing salsa and after 6 hours we came out being able to dance an entire night out. Highly recommend Arrebato for those who visit Cali or for those who want to become better salsa dancers!

Excellent Salsa School with great and patient teachers. I had a blast there, I came in for one hour of private lessons and ended up staying for 3 hours because of how much fun I was having. Very good prices for private lessons and a wonderful place.

Great experience here and would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning salsa caleña! I took five private lessons and was very impressed by the attention to detail. Everyone is very friendly and the studio is professional and centrally located.

Una gran escuela que enseña salsa estilo caleño de algunos de los mejores practicantes, así como salsa en linea, bachata, chacha y otros bailes sociales. Ofrecen clases grupales, así como clases individuales personalizadas, a precios muy razonables. Los instructores son muy amigables y buenos para adaptarse a las necesidades de los estudiantes.

A diferencia de otras escuelas, se enorgullecen de compartir la cultura de Cali y tienen un programa de voluntariado internacional, con voluntarios de más de 20 países durante los últimos 6 años. Me uní como voluntario (el período mínimo es de 6 semanas) y tuve una gran experiencia. Obtienes alojamiento y clases a precios subsidiados, a cambio de realizar diferentes tipos de trabajo en la escuela.

A great school which teaches Caleno-style salsa from some of the top practitioners in the field, as well other types of salsa, bachata, chacha and other social dances. They offer group classes as well as customized individual classes, at very reasonable rates. The instructors are very welcoming and good at adapting to the needs of students.

Unlike other schools, they take great pride in sharing Cali culture and have a long-running international volunteering program, with volunteers from over 20 countries over the last 6 years. I joined as a volunteer (the minimum period is 6 weeks), and had a great experience. You get accommodation and classes at subsidized rates, in exchange for doing different kinds of work around the school.

Excelente en todo sentido, el lugar, la comodidad, el ambiente, el trato y la sensación de estar en familia y amigos. El lugar perfecto para aprender y disfrutar la verdadera salsa estilo caleño, practicar otros idiomas con los visitantes extranjeros y hacer nuevos amigos. Súper recomendados.

Muy mala experiencia, pagamos por adelantados a finales de abril, y cerraron la escuela, y nunca hubo respuesta en el whatsapp cuando les pregunte cuando volvían a dar las clases, uno entienden la situación por todo lo que paso en la ciudad, pero debieron llamar o contestar los mensajes dando una explicación de cuando y como se iba reponer las clases o la devolución del dinero, osea nos robaron el dinero.

We had a private couples class on Friday and loved it. Our teacher was excellent. He spoke English and Spanish and kindly spoke a mix of both so we could practice our Spanish but also understand. By the end of the hour we could do the basic steps and a spin without treading on each other's feet! We wish we could have had more lessons but we left Cali.

Excelente lugar para aprender a bailar salsa caleña. La técnica, el carisma y la paciencia del profesor Jused fueron lo mejor! Aprendí nuevos pasos, sentí la música de una forma diferente y pase un rato increíble! Súper recomendado.

I had an incredible experience with the teachers and staff here. They made me feel immediately at home. The classes were fun and intense. I fell asleep every night with a smile on my face dreaming about salsa turns and footwork. I can’t wait to come back to Cali and these guys are a big reason why!

Para quienes les gusta la salsa, animate en esta escuela de salsa puedes aprender y prepararse para ser un magnífico bailarín, un sitio ameno, amplio con personal capacitado para enseñar el ritmo bailable mas pegajoso la salsa.

I walked out mid lesson and spent the next hour trying to unpack why I felt like I'd had a bad experience. I dance with my partner everywhere and so although I'm a total Salsa beginner, I'm not someone unfamiliar with dancing. So I hope the following helps all parties who read this.

This was supposed to be a beginners class. But there was absolutely no breakdown of basic steps, I'm fine with no English being spoken if I can be guided, but when it was clear that I couldn't do a certain move, there was no individual help given. From the start it was full speed dancing and you were just expected to get it. Whilst being fine with the basics, over time I just felt a feeling of arrogance from the teacher, he seemed more concerned with demonstrating how good his posture looked than where to shift one's weight, how to step, you know, actually TEACHING instead of expecting people to magically follow exactly what he was doing.

When he then started to link dance patterns together (impossible for everyone) that was the last straw for me. I left the class and regret paying for what I consider to be a rather humiliating experience. Staff were helpful and friendly so no problem there - I have no doubts that this is a good dance school if you are NOT a beginner. If you have never danced Salsa before, I'd advise you to get private lessons where they actually take the time to teach you properly.

The best place to learn the salsa caleña.salsa from Cali. I called before my arrival to book private classes and they were really. The offer private classes as well as group classes on Thursday night. There are English, French and Spanish speakers so a very multilingual setting. The location is excellent as in its the chic San Antonio where there are lots of activities to do. Just opposite the studio is the famous San Antonio church and the park which offers stunning views of Cali. I am told they have accomodation for those who are staying longer and that seems very convenient.
