El café de Tuty

This rating is based on their customer service. This place allows transfers for payment. We payed and showed proof of payment but it was not registering on their end. They took photographs on the confirmed payment as well as our personal information in case the payment did not go through. The owner of the shop called to harass us demanding that we pay again, however we told her absolutely not because we had provided proof. Eventually the delayed payment went through (as we told her several time was likely the issue) and as soon as she did she hung up the phone. Tried calling back after receiving confirmation from the bank to make sure all was okay and she did not answer. Terrible customer service, would recommend going elsewhere to avoid being harassed while on vacation.

Excelente, el café con aroma y sabor acaramelado, el lugar tiene un ambiente muy agradable y muy buena atención al cliente.

Es un café suave y delicado perfecto para terminar la tarde y darle felicidad a un atardecer.

Excelente café en Buga. Solo tienen cafés basados en Espresso pero el café que usan es perfecto para eso y muy rico
